- You work in an agile team and drive the expansion of our central CRM solution for Helvetia’s sales network (outbound and direct sales)
- You determine, structure and prioritize requirements of customers and internal stakeholders from sales and IT, define the product backlog based on this and develop the corresponding user stories, epics and concepts.

- Experience as a product owner in the CRM area or from other applications
- Knowledge of the insurance industry (especially in sales processes) as well as with modern web applications is advantageous
- You communicate convincingly, show initiative, are solution-oriented and have an independent and structured working method
- Change processes and learning new skills spur you and bring you joy
- You speak fluent German and have a good knowledge of English, French is an advantage

- You control the further development of the CRM platform along the sales processes and the CRM target vision, ensuring the quality of the implementation and promoting the anchoring of the transformation in the organization.
