- Abgeschlossene Grund- oder Weiterbildung: als Fleischfachfrau/Fleischfachmann, Metzgerin, Koch/Köchin oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Food-Bereich
Main responsibilities
- Weiterentwicklung des Fleisch- und Charcuterie-Sortiments
- Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten, Filialen, Logistik und nationalen Fachstellen
- Analyse von Markt- und Verkaufszahlen und Ableitung von Massnahmen
- Mitverantwortung für Verfügbarkeit, Qualität und Marge
- Mitarbeit an Projekten und Entwicklung regionaler Mehrwertsortimente
- Erstellung und Umsetzung regionaler und nationaler Aktions- und Werbeplanungen
- Pflege und Sicherstellung einer korrekten Stammdatenbasis
Key requirements
- 3 Jahre: als Marketingfachmann /- frau , Product Manager*in oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung von Vorteil
- Abgeschlossene Grund- oder Weiterbildung: als Fleischfachfrau/Fleischfachmann, Metzger*in, Koch/Köchin oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Food-Bereich
- Du hast Freude an der Sortimentsgestaltung, Marktbeobachtung und Produktentwicklung
- Du bist eine selbstständige, lernbereite Persönlichkeit und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
