- Scientific Computing Product Manager is responsible for shaping and driving the strategy, adoption, and evolution of scientific computing products and platforms that enable computational and data-intensive research across the organization.
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Scientific Computing, this role operates as a senior individual contributor with broad influence across scientific, engineering, and enterprise technology teams.
- This position serves as a strategic bridge between scientific users in both REDs, Scientific Computing products, and organizational management, ensuring that security, compliance and computing capabilities align with evolving research priorities and deliver measurable impact.

- Scientific Computing Product Manager focuses on enabling scalable, user-centered solutions that support scientific workflows including high-performance computing (HPC), data analysis, simulation, AI/ML, and cloud-enabled research environments.
- This role also partners closely with Platform Engineering, Platform Enablement and Security, Compliance and Validation to ensure products are intuitive, reliable, secure, and compliant.
- Success in this role requires the ability to influence without direct authority, navigate ambiguity, and connect long-term platform strategy with practical researcher needs.
- Define and oversee the long-term product strategy and roadmap for scientific computing platforms and services.
- Translate scientific and technical requirements into clear product direction, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
