Main responsibilities

  • You will improve the processes, tools, standards, and governance that enable effective lifecycle management across hardware and digital offerings By building a strong PLM operating model and developing product management capabilities, you will help deliver better business cases, faster time to market, stronger lifecycle decisions, and commercial success Location: this role will be based in Zug- Switzerland Your Responsibilities PLM Framework, Governance and Process Ownership
  • Own, harmonize and improve the end-to-end PLM framework for SI Buildings across hardware and digital offerings, including governance, processes, tools, standards, and corporate alignment

  • Coach product managers in business case development, customer advisory boards, go-to-market planning, and sales and marketing strategy
  • Design the curriculum and certification for product managers, and create training and workshops that support effective PLM execution Cross-Functional Alignment and Lifecycle Execution
  • Enable cross-functional alignment and execution across the product lifecycle by embedding PLM ways of working, clarifying roles, and improving decision-making
  • Partner with business leaders, product managers, product owners, and agile teams to support consistent execution across lifecycle activities What Makes You Successful in This Role
