To strengthen our team, we are looking for a technically savvy and service-oriented personality as a product + application specialist / support technician.

Do you like working at the interface between customer, service organization and our international product centers?

Then you could be exactly the person we are looking for. In this varied function, you support our customers and internal contacts in technical issues relating to our measurement and automation solutions and make an important contribution to a high level of customer satisfaction.

What tasks will you take on?

They shall

• Advise customers and internal contacts on technical issues related to products, applications, commissioning, faults and complaints.
• analyse technical problems and develop sustainable solutions together with internal and external bodies.
• Process, document and track service cases and technical inquiries as part of case management.
• support our service organization as well as the service technicians in the indoor and outdoor service.
• contribute to the maintenance and development of knowledge management and share technical know-how within the organisation.
• work closely with customers, product centers, sales and other internal departments.

What do we expect from you?

• have completed technical vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline.
• have ideally completed technical training (HF, TS or comparable).
• bring several years of professional experience in a technical environment, preferably in measuring, control and control technology or industrial automation.
• have strong skills for technical problem analysis and solution finding.
• Convincing thanks to your communication strength, service orientation and structured working method.
• work independently, responsibly and keep track of complex issues.
• have very good knowledge of German and English, French is an advantage
