Tasks

• Maintenance of workpiece lists as well as coordination of line and work plan maintenance for existing and new items
• Planning, organization and support of operational tests as well as initial production for new and reintroductions
• Creation, updating and provision of line, process and training documentation
• Ensuring product, process and quality controls including ongoing optimization of processes
• Support in the harmonization of processes, systems and best practices as well as promotion of internal know-how transfer
• Requirements
• Completed apprenticeship as Food technologist or baker-confectioner, with further training at the level of professional examination or higher specialist examination
• Professional experience in the industrial production of food
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Experience in master data maintenance in SAP, especially in the areas of parts lists and work plans
• Flexible willingness to work
