Tasks

They work in early, day or late duty and ensure the care and safety of detainees

They maintain respectful contact and treatment of the detained persons and communicate at eye level

You are responsible for the order and security in prison (operating the technical facilities, complying with legal requirements and processes)

You have experience in the prison system (advantageous professional), security, socio-educational, blue light organizations or similar fields of activity

You are mind. 25 years old and have an impeccable reputation (enforcement and criminal record)

You have good oral and written knowledge of German (foreign languages of advantage) as well as user knowledge of MS Office

They have decision-making ability and assertiveness, are resilient, set priorities in difficult situations and act calmly, de-escalating and proportionately

They meet people of different cultures and religions respectfully and professionally
