- Price Negotiations & Reviews: In consultation with the Market Access Leader, you independently conduct the corresponding price negotiations with the Federal Office of Health (BAG).

- They understand how to argue the value of medical innovation convincingly.
- Education & experience: Successfully completed studies in the field of health economics, pharmacy, medicine, economics or a comparable qualification, combined with at least 2 years of professional experience in market access & pricing in the Swiss healthcare industry.
- Expertise: In-depth understanding of the Swiss health system, the list of specialties (SL) and the regulatory processes of the FOPH.
- Influence and negotiation skills: You have the ability to convince stakeholders on an equal footing and to lead negotiations to success in a partnership but goal-oriented manner.
- Project Management & Analytics: Strong analytical skills paired with structured project management to keep complex dossiers and timelines under control.
- Creativity & team spirit: You bring creativity and innovative strength to the solution finding and are characterized by a high level of cooperation and teamwork.
- Languages: Strong communication skills in German (level native language) and English.
- Knowledge of French is a plus.

What the company offers
- Assessment & Value Dossiers: You are responsible for creating and coordinating convincing BAG and health insurer value dossiers.
- Price Negotiations & Reviews: In consultation with the Market Access Leader, you independently conduct the corresponding price negotiations with the Federal Office of Health (BAG).
- In addition, if necessary, you support the periodic price checks (three-year checks).
Company and context
- Interface function: You act as a competent hub for global pricing functions and are the contact person in our matrix organization for the assigned therapeutic areas for questions about the health system and pricing.
- In addition, our policy team supports you in various health policy and regulatory issues.
