Tasks

• Overall responsibility for one or more production lines in the area of cocoa mass production / chocolate mass production
• Implementation and documentation of line quality and process control
• Independent ordering and return of materials based on production orders
• Organization and implementation of cleaning and product changes
• Detection and elimination of malfunctions and support of the technical service during revisions
• Requirements
• Apprenticeship qualification or corresponding training in the food sector (food technologist EFZ, food practitioner EBA, plant manager EFZ, confectionery technologist IHK, food technologist IHK)
• Technical understanding in dealing with interlinked systems and modern controls (experience with roller systems is an advantage
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Good IT knowledge (SAP experience an advantage)
