Tasks
- Creation and maintenance of bills of parts and work plans
- Performing calculations and pre-calculations
- Preparation of key figures for various statistics as well as ad hoc evaluations and monthly reporting
- Maintaining and controlling master data as part of the master data workflow
- Managing and updating productivity evaluations
- Conduct and control the monthly accounts in SAP
- Support the interfaces in technical concerns and questions
- Completion of administrative tasks
- Collaboration in various projects
Requirements
- Completed initial or further training as a meat specialist EFZ or a comparable business education and several years of professional experience in controlling or business calculation
- Food knowledge is an advantage
- Careful documentation and handling of system data
- Structured thinking and action skills with a high level of customer orientation
- An inquisitive personality and enjoyment of working together in a team
- High initiative as well as solution orientation and responsible handling of mistakes (lessons learned)
- High reliability, punctuality and independent working methods
- Experience in dealing with MS Office programs, SharePoint, teams and very good SAP knowledge
- Fluent German language skills in word and writing, French / and English skills are an advantage
