- You have a solid foundation in research methods (e.g., surveys, experiments, psychometrics) and statistics,developed through academic training, thesis work, or hands-on application; experience with statistical programming (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
- You are comfortable working with scientific literature and can critically evaluate and translate research findings into clear, practical insights for a business audience
- You are passionate about People & Culture topics (e.g., impact of AI on workforce/leadership; employee experience)
- You bring strong analytical and critical thinking skills, paired with excellent communication and writing abilities in English
- You are able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a dynamic environment

- In this role, you will support the team by conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing employee data, uncovering actionable insights, and supporting evidence-based decisions that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness. The Opportunity Literature Review & Knowledge Synthesis
- Conduct targeted literature searches and synthesize evidence on key topics (e.g., impact of AI on workforce and leadership, employee experience)
- Maintain and update shared literature repositories for ongoing team use Research Design & Execution
- Support design and execution of research approaches (e.g., surveys, experiments), including identifying validated measurement scales
- Contribute to hypothesis generation and assess feasibility of research approaches Data Analysis & Insights Communication
- Support the analysis of people data to uncover meaningful insights
- Summarize and visualize findings for clear stakeholder presentations Who You Are
- An ambitious Master’s student currently pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, HR, or related disciplines (within 12 months of the start date).
