Application process
- Ensure the correct processing of working time data from different working reports (CTC, staff rules) as well as from the time management application gtr.
- To monitor and ensure the proper payment of allowances for various absences such as accidents, illness, maternity leave, paternity leave and military obligations.
- Control and account for social insurance accounts (AVS, IJM, AA, pension fund, etc.).
- Treat and monitor family allowances.
- Establish and monitor income tax records at source.
- Work closely with HR administration and HR Business Partners.
- Advise employees on issues relating to wages and social insurance.
- Be the preferred interlocutor for insurance, tax authorities and tax administrations.
