- Help teams clearly define their purpose, develop effective operational rituals (such as impact retrospectives), and leverage agile methodologies to drive organizational growth.
- Foster a culture of trust and psychological safety, supporting an environment where teams can give and receive continuous feedback to scale value across the enterprise. Who you are
- University degree in Science, Economics, Business, or related disciplines; an advanced life science degree or an MBA is considered a strong plus.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder engagement, with a strong priority on exceptional people leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability and resilience to lead, inspire, and manage highly diverse professional teams (including physicians, biologists, accountants, and lawyers across various ages and seniorities).
- Strong command of agile ways of working, system thinking, data-driven mindset, and a proactive approach to experimenting and learning from failures.
- Fluent in Spanish with a high proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the broader Roche global enterprise.
