- As Patient Journey Partner, you drive the field-based realisation of disease area outcomes, leveraging local network expertise to deliver a 'Triple Win' for patients, the ecosystem and Roche. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Bringing True Value to Patients and Stakeholders
- Responsible for the field-based realisation of outcomes for a given therapeutic area, creating value via a Triple Win approach.
- Responsible for promotional engagement as well as gathering related insights to help inform the development and delivery of therapeutic area outcomes.
- Acts as a system thinker, overseeing the patient journey in its entirety and identifying shared purpose among stakeholders.
- Trusted Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Acts as a trusted partner and the primary (though non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche.
- Co-creates solutions in partnership with external stakeholders, in compliance with applicable rules and regulations and in alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Brings the outside in, working with partners to uncover opportunities to transform outcomes for patients via the Triple Win, faster, drawing on local and network expertise and collaborating with other PJPs where needed.
