• Development and implementation of strategic HR topics and initiatives for the department
• Advising executives at departmental and clinic level in all personal topics and recruiting management functions
• Management and cooperation in cross-departmental HR projects and active support for organisational and transformation projects
• Control and analysis of HR key figures for deriving and implementing effective measures in close cooperation with the line
• Ensuring a professional HR service along the entire employee journey (personal planning, remuneration, talent management, cultural and organizational development) Requirements:
• University or technical college degree (e.g. in Business Administration or Psychology) or comparable degree with qualified training in Human Resources Management
• Multiannual professional experience in advising and supporting senior management, ideally in health care
• Funded operational HR knowledge and experience in leadership, organisation and change management
• Service-oriented personality with strong communicative skills and consulting skills
