- Overall responsibility for the planning, coordination and implementation of demanding projects in the field of building technology (HLKSE & GA)
- Leadership and control of interdisciplinary planning teams
- Taking over the specialist construction management on construction sites as well as ensuring quality, costs and deadlines
- Coordination of building masters, architects, specialist planners, entrepreneurs and authorities
- Ensuring smooth information and project management across all project phases
- Close cooperation with other specialist areas of A+W
- Preparation of surrender documents
- Support in the acquisition and development of customer relationships You bring that with you
- Completed education or study in Switzerland in the field of building technology, electrical engineering, HVAC, energy or building technology
- Several years of experience as project manager, overall project manager or specialist construction manager
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss standards, guidelines and construction processes
- Entrepreneurial thinking and high customer orientation
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Interest in the developments in the industry
- Enthusiasm and pleasure in demanding work
- German in Word and Writing
- Other national languages or English are advantageous
- Further education as a project manager, overall project manager or specialist construction manager
- Experience in complex refurbishment, new construction or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of BIM methodology and digital project management with Revit
- Experience with technical and spatial coordination
- Existing network in the Swiss construction and real estate industry
