Role overview

Tasks

• They advise, accompany and empower our managers at all hierarchical levels in concrete situations or projects regarding personnel, leadership and organizational development

• They take over the conception and implementation of workshops for teams and actively participate in the design of personnel and leadership development offers as well as in cross-divisional projects.

• They mediate between diverse stakeholders in complex consulting mandates and change processes and support through integrative process support

• They look after our pool of external consultants and continuously develop them in view of new organizational challenges and needs.

Requirements

• You have a socio-economic study at the level of HF/FH (e.g. work and organizational psychology, sociology, business administration or an adjacent discipline)

• You have at least 5 years of practical experience in consulting/coaching, supervision, mediation and/or human resources/management/organisational development in complex organisations

• Through well-founded additional qualifications and further training in the above-mentioned areas, you succeed in establishing a high level of professionalism and effectiveness in the support of consulting mandates and in the design of coaching, workshops or related formats.

• Practical experience in accompanying challenging change processes coupled with very good communication skills in dealing with different hierarchical levels and professional groups round off your profile
