Main responsibilities
- Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, driving process and operational effectiveness and becoming an active enabler of our TMo community and culture. Furthermore:
- Serve as first point of contact and act as specialist on core administrative and organisational topics, such as planning, scheduling and coordinating travel and on- / offsite meetings and events.
- Ensure all general administrational activities comply with legal / compliance regulations and internal best practices
- Support recruitment: organise interviews, plan on- and off-boarding of new employees & external partners
- Streamline administrative and operational processes and workflows: make processes transparent and efficient, ensure the relevant and up to date information is available to the team at the right level of detail and the right time.
- Drive advancing our digital readiness by enabling AI tool adoption, and upskilling to drive smarter, tech-enabled administration and operations.
