- Executive Support: Assist Zurich-based directors (e.g., Dani) with occasional ad-hoc requests and travel organization. Internal Events & Team Support
- Event Planning: Organize internal and external meetings, workshops, team-building activities, seminars, and company offsites (including scheduling, venue booking, catering, and reminders).
- Travel Coordination: Help coordinate travel logistics, occasionally utilizing tools like TravelPerk to assist candidates, customers, and team members.
- Onboarding & Culture: Edit and order business cards for new starters, prepare employee anniversary cards, and gather signatures for time-sensitive documents. Skills*
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar office management and internal event role.
- Languages: Native-level Swiss German, German and professional fluency in English are mandatory (both written and spoken).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, rigorous, and able to prioritize tasks calmly in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable learning and using modern digital tools.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) is required. Nice-to-Have:
