The nutritional advice of the Claraspital supports patients of the tumor and abdominal center during their inpatient stay and, if necessary, accompanies them in the ambulatory setting after leaving. We also specialize in the care of patients before and after a bariatric operation.
Their tasks
- Outpatient preliminary education and follow-up care of bariatric patients in the interdisciplinary team
- Care and counselling of outpatients with a focus on oncology, visceral surgery, obesity, diabetes and bariatrics
- Conducting internal and public lectures as well as further training
- Participation and implementation of projects
Your profile
- Completed professional training BSc Nutrition and Dietetics (or equivalent)
- Enthusiasm for obesity, diabetes, bariatrics and clinical nutrition with a focus on visceral surgery and oncology, experience beneficial
- Social skills with strong team and communication skills
- Flexibility, resilience, commitment and an independent and responsible way of working
- Knowledge of foreign languages (especially French, English and Italian beneficial)
