The Seethilfe Region Basel operates among other things the ESTA Klinik für Suchttherapie (Reinach BL), contact and contact points (K+A), consultancy center and the SPEKTRUM program in the Basel region. Job: Employeesin Care K+A 60-70% (Basel / BS). The Seethilfe Region Basel is one of the largest private institutions in the Basel area. Our offers include prevention, advice, addiction treatment and damage reduction in addiction aid. The contact and contact points (K+A) provide help for people who consume illegal drugs, physical, psychological and social stabilisation and health care. We show how risks in dealing with addiction can be reduced and living conditions can be improved. We respect the needs and choices of those affected. To complement our team we are looking at 1. October 2026 or by agreement one or one employeein contact and contact points (60-70%) main task area

• Working in two K+A, which have consumption spaces for illegal substances and a small cafeteria and are open daily, even on weekends and holidays
• Oversight, infectious prophylaxis, nursing assistance, relationship work and crisis intervention, cafeteria/theken service, forecourt care We expect
• Completion as a specialist Health (FaGe) or equivalent training
• Psychic stressability (resilience), enforcement, empathy and a delimitation ability
• Sovereignty and deescalation competence in dealing with conflict situations
• A valuable, respectful and addictive attitude
• Flexibility for irregular bets on evenings, weekends and holidays (no night services)
• They are humorous, stand on the ground with both legs and want to work directly on the “base”
• They face changes such as new technical requirements and understand change as a chance
