- Aufnahme, Analyse und Umsetzung von Produktions- und Supportprozessen im GMP-Umfeld im Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Erstellung, Design und Review von Master Batch Records (MBR) sowie Reinigungsvorschriften (ESP)
- Ausbildung in IT, Automation, Chemie, Biologie oder Pharmazie mit ausgeprägter Affinität zu IT-Systemen
- Erfahrung im Design von Master Batch Records (MBR), idealerweise mit PAS-X
Main responsibilities
- Aufnahme, Analyse und Umsetzung von Produktions- und Supportprozessen im GMP-Umfeld im Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Erstellung, Design und Review von Master Batch Records (MBR) sowie Reinigungsvorschriften (ESP)
- Analyse von Projektanforderungen sowie Unterstützung im Change- und Anforderungsmanagement
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Materialwirtschaft, Qualitätssicherung und weiteren Fachbereichen zur Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen
- Organisation und Moderation von Projektmeetings und Workshops
- Sicherstellung der Systemkommunikation und Schnittstellenintegration zwischen MES und weiteren elektronischen Systemen
- Incident-, Problem- und Änderungsmanagement inklusive 2nd-Level-Support und gelegentlichem Pikett-Support
- Verwaltung von Benutzerrechten sowie Schulung und Betreuung der MES-Endanwender
Key requirements
- Ausbildung in IT, Automation, Chemie, Biologie oder Pharmazie mit ausgeprägter Affinität zu IT-Systemen
- Erfahrung im Design von Master Batch Records (MBR), idealerweise mit PAS-X
- Berufserfahrung in der chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Industrie von Vorteil Gute Kenntnisse im GMP-Umfeld
- Verständnis für Prozessautomation, Verfahrenstechnik, IT-Netzwerke, Datenbanken und/oder Programmiersprachen von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Unser Angebot:
