Tasks
- Organization and administration of various consultation hours including appointment planning and coordination
- Preparation, documentation and maintenance of patient data as well as administrative support for clinical studies
- Carrying out routine diagnostic and therapeutic tasks according to the level of training (e.g.
blood samples, collecting vital parameters, punch biopsies)
- Recording services and processing correspondence, telephone inquiries and emails
- Independent support of administrative processes and support of a smooth practice process Requirements:
- Completed professional training as a doctor.
Practice assistant (MPA) or a comparable professional qualification
- Preferably several years of professional experience in a hospital or in a larger doctor's practice
- Knowledge of oncology with a focus on gynecology is an advantage
- Ability to process complex tasks quickly and precisely and thereby ensure both the quality and efficiency of work processes
- Stylish German
Foreign language skills are an advantage
