• Liderate the access strategy and public policies for the Roche Diagnóstica portfolio in Ecuador and Perú-PEC.

• Liability: - Access strategy and Valor: Draw and execute the Access Plan for high medical value products, anticipating market trends to define innovative value proposals that accelerate their adoption.

• High Level and Influence Report: Building strategic relations with Leader of Opinions (KOLs), scientific societies and government authorities to lead the company's participation in changing public policies and regulatory frameworks.

• Stakeholder mapping and Patient Path: Develop key players and target institutions mapping, analyzing the patient's path to identify clinical priorities and new growth opportunities.

• Health Economy (HECON): Implement health economic instruments and cost-benefit models to strategically position the oil carrier in the health entities of the Peru and Ecuador region.

• Liderazgo Científico y de Opinión: Act as the leading scientific expert of the portfolio, spreading clinical evidence through publications, expert panels and translating the needs of patients and professionals into business strategies.

• Transversal collaboration: Work in synergy with business teams, strategy and finance to facilitate access processes and maximize the business opportunities of the portfolio.

• Requirements - Professional in Health Sciences, Business Administration or related courses, with advanced English language domain (speaking and written).

• More than 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare industry, leading the roles of Market Access and Public Policy.
