• Med. Praxisassistentin / Praxisassistent (MPA) | Merian Iselin Klinik For our family practice in the Merian Iselin Klinik we are looking for immediately and temporarily until 15. January 2027 a maternity representation Med. Praxisassistentin / Praxisassistent (MPA) 50% temporary Merian Iselin Klinik is a state-of-the-art private clinic with a public service mandate in Basel. Our focus is on orthopaedics, surgery and urology. With us you will find a meaningful activity in a family environment in which the people are at the center. Her main tasks are blood drawing venous/capillary, bandage change, wound care, thread removal, infusions, injections, ECG writing, assisting ear rinsing, etc.
• Organization of consultation hours of 6 doctors with electronic agenda (Vitodata)
• Administrative activities with various PC programs (Vitodata, Navision, Ibicare, M-KIS, Outlook and others) such as case opening and entering documents into the electronic KG, clarification of missing documents, clarification of missing administrative data, documentation, performance recording
• Order of medication/materials
• Post/email processing, delivery of requested reports by e-mail, etc.
• Contact person for internal and external telephone inquiries (medical, administrative, etc.)
• Completed training as medical assistant/practice assistant, specialist health EFZ or Dipl. Care professional HF
• Good PC knowledge (different programs based on Windows) and enjoyment of various administrative tasks
• High service orientation, resilience and flexibility
• Organizational talent with clean working methods and own initiative
• Teamwork and an appreciative, respectful communication style
