YOUR TASKS

• Planning and coordinating office hours and contact point for internal and external inquiries• Obtaining, reading and reviewing medical reports as well as preparing documents for preoperative clarification• Telephone information, reception of patients in the outpatient consultation session• Telephone family doctor and specialist contact• OP-Plan-Controlling• Blood sampling, ECG

Your profile

• Completed training as an MPA, FAGE or nurse with professional experience and knowledge in administrative activities• Very good knowledge of German and in-depth PC knowledge• pleasure in patient contact and safe application of medical terminology• Reliable, team-oriented and flexible personality with a strong customer orientation

Since our anesthesia center has been in a new structure since July 2026, you have the opportunity to actively shape processes and processes and to develop yourself professionally and personally. Ideally, we would like to strengthen our team with two employees in a workload of 40% each. We want flexible personalities who are willing to represent each other in absences and to increase their workload temporarily in such phases. However, we are also open to applications with a higher burden of up to 80%.
