Role overview

Tasks

• They shape the interprofessional cooperation in the anesthesia session and ensure a smooth process together with the team

• They take over the administrative and organizational care of patients – from preparation to post-processing of the office hours

• They accompany, inform and look after patients during the entire consultation process with empathy and expertise.

• They carry out diagnostic measures such as blood sampling or ECGs professionally and thus contribute to optimal patient care

• They ensure the correct performance recording and initiate necessary corrections if necessary

Requirements

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant / medical practice assistant (MPA) with at least one year of professional experience as well as in-depth knowledge in administrative activities

• High level of organisational and social competence combined with the ability to work interdisciplinary and service-oriented with different professional groups

• An independent, structured and responsible way of working

• Very good PC user knowledge, ideally with experience in clinic-specific programs, as well as routine in providing information and electronic documentation

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1) and good knowledge of French
