To strengthen our production team in Basel, we are looking for a committed and professionally experienced personality as

Your responsibilities

• Setting up and operating systems for producing implants in accordance with specified work and process documentation
• Complete documentation of production processes in accordance with the applicable proof and quality requirements
• Implementation of optical and dimensional controls on implants and their documentation
• Monitoring the production process and ensuring compliance with all specified process standards
• Active participation in the continuous improvement (CIP) and implementation and further development of the 6S process
• Resolving minor disruptions to production facilities
• Support of the maintenance team in maintenance and maintenance work
• Compliance with GMP guidelines, quality standards and occupational safety regulations

Your qualifications

• Completed technical vocational training as a polymechanic, precision mechanic, toolmaker or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing, ideally on long lathes
• Programming skills in Torno’s TB-Deco ADV and Citizen Long Turner Mitsubishi control are beneficial
• Safe handling of MS Office and PC applications
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, basic knowledge of English
• Independent, quality-conscious and reliable working method
• main working hours in the day shift
• Readiness for shift and Saturday missions desired
