Summary of the function

Self-employed processing of standardized and more complex shipping processes and support of the team in day-to-day business. The activity includes physical and system-side picking, packaging, shipping preparation as well as the transfer of shipments to logistics service providers if necessary. All internal work instructions (SOPs), quality requirements as well as national and international transport regulations are met.

The material handler supports safe and timely dispatch of ambient, cooling and frozen shipments worldwide.lhre main tasks:Processing and independent prioritization of daily standardized shipping ordersCommissioning and packaging of complex clinical test materialsProcessing of different shipping methods/temperature-controlled shipmentsSelf-employed production of shipping documentationSupport for new employeesDocumentation according to GMP/GoviaFirst error analysis and support with CAPAs and DeviationsCompliance with all SOPSSafety of the GDP

ComplianceOrder and cleanliness (SS)Working with L-Danish, PPI and Continuous process improvementCleaning and ordering of the work area according to 5S principles

• Your profile:Completed vocational training in the field of logistics, warehouse, production or comparable qualificationProfessional experience in the field of warehouse logistics, shipping or supply chain, preferably in a GMP/GDP regulated environmentExperience in handling warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS OfficeGood German language skills in word and writing.
