Company and context
- You will ensure that any future technical iterations are prioritized based on their ability to deliver business value and organizational stability
- Partner with end users to assess how technical shifts impact the user and operational layers of the business, ensuring that resource allocation is optimized for new ways of working and relevant services are resourced and trained appropriately
- Identifies gaps in the operational model that translate into missed/lost value realisation and propose tactics to capitalise on missed opportunities
- Operationalise the 'run-state' governance framework for managing ongoing business process, solution, data and user changes after go-live
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to process speed, cost-to-serve, and operational friction, driving a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage stakeholder alignment (with vendors, RDT/IT, and business) to ensure all transition plans and the future "run" model are co-created and fully supported Who you are Success in this role requires a highly structured, process-oriented leader with a deep understanding of business operations and service management.
