Tasks

• Collection of master data and ensure correct and orderly master data management
• Collection, mutation and maintenance of supplier, article and action master data
• System recording and control of advertising / novelty advertising incl. Image management
• Preparation and control of accounts and flow of goods
• Representative collection, control and handling of promotions, bonuses or Bon applications
• Supporting the team in administrative and project-related tasks

Requirements

• Completed basic commercial education (KV, commercial diploma) or student:in search of a part-time job
• Professional experience in purchasing or marketing is advantageous
• Independent and exact working methods
• Enjoyment of dealing with customers and high service orientation
• Good MS user knowledge and SAP knowledge
• Good oral and written language skills in German and English, French is advantageous
