- Ensuring smooth processes through organisational and technical support of fermentation and purification campaigns – with a focus on quality, efficiency and safety
- Monitoring and controlling planned process steps during upstream (fermentation) and downstream phases
- Active participation in microbial production processes (e.g. fermentation, cell harvesting, purification) in compliance with the applicable cGMP guidelines – including troubleshooting, root cause analysis and continuous process optimization
- Contribute to risk assessments and implement defined safety and quality measures
- Professional support and knowledge transfer of operators on plants and standardized processes
