Role overview
Responsibilities - Leadership of optimization projects, particularly in tool optimization, with responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality - Technical assistance and development of suppliers in the field of tools - Design of work tools - Technical support to production for tool-related issues - Purchasing of tools in production (tool management) - Implementation and evaluation of new tool and production technologies, including the creation of engineering studies and feasibility analyses - Responsible for creating NC and CNC programs for the milling sector - Point of reference for employees and the core team for technical questions
Requirements - Technical vocational training (Feinmechaniker or Werkzeugmacher / Polymechaniker) with certification - 2-5 years of professional experience in the turning sector; experience in the medical-healthcare sector is an advantage - Excellent knowledge of the German and English languages, both spoken and written (at least B2 level) - Good command of Microsoft 365 - Knowledge of SAP - Experience in the field of CAD, preferably with Inventor Professional - Experience in the field of CAM, preferably with Mastercam and Hypermill
