- Genehmigung und Bewertung von Requalifizierungen, Instandhaltungsaktivitäten, technischen Änderungsanträgen und Abweichungen
- Hochschulabschluss (Master) in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik, Pharmazie oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im cGMP-regulierten Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Qualifizierung/Validierung (QA, C&Q, Engineering)

Main responsibilities
- Verantwortung für den GMP-konformen Life-Cycle von Produktions- und Analysesystemen sowie Infrastrukturanlagen
- Genehmigung und Bewertung von Requalifizierungen, Instandhaltungsaktivitäten, technischen Änderungsanträgen und Abweichungen
- Fachliche Leitung von Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsaktivitäten in Projekten (inkl. CAPEX)
- Prüfung und Freigabe von Qualifizierungsdokumenten (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) sowie übergeordneten Validierungsdokumenten
- Erstellung und Genehmigung von GMP-relevanten Dokumenten (SOPs, Logbücher)
- Unterstützung bei Behördeninspektionen und Kundenaudits
- Sicherstellung des GMP-Status von Equipment und Anlagen durch regelmäßige Reviews
Key requirements
- Hochschulabschluss (Master) in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik, Pharmazie oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im cGMP-regulierten Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Qualifizierung/Validierung (QA, C&Q, Engineering)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Facility- und Equipment-Qualifizierung
- Strukturierte, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Wünschenswert: Erfahrung in Reinigungsvalidierung und/oder Computer System Validation sowie Umgang mit SAP oder MasterControl
