- You are responsible for the holistic management of a portfolio of commercial properties, including rental, contract and key management and ensuring proper condition
- Through your expertise and negotiation skills, you lead successful negotiations and create business leases and supplements
- You coordinate and carry out acceptances and handovers of commercial space and provide for a professional final settlement
Company and context
- Communication with owners, tenants, authorities and other stakeholders as well as the organization of meetings and tenant orientations are your responsibility.
- You are responsible for obtaining and evaluating offers, awarding contracts to entrepreneurs and controlling and releasing creditor orders and invoices
- From a professional point of view, you lead the team, empower employees and contribute to the development and implementation of the property strategy.
- You also have several years of professional experience in the real estate industry and in the management of commercial properties.
- Digital affinity and in-depth PC and software knowledge are skillfully used daily in working with different systems
- You are capable of teamwork, resilient and distinguished by your customer- and service-oriented personality
- An efficient and goal-oriented working method as well as good communication skills qualify you in dealing with demanding target groups
