We ensure that warranty cases run smoothly – with quality, transparency and efficiency. This creates a customer experience that convinces even when something goes wrong. Mansioni

• Handling warranty and complaint cases independently from acceptance to conclusion
• Check, document and import returned items for repair, replacement or recovery
• Record repair orders in the ERP, track them and keep an eye on deadlines
• Move, repackage and safely provide heavy items for onward transport
• Identify stumbling blocks in our processes and initiate improvements

Requirements

• Advantage: Experience from warehouse logistics or in logistics processes
• First touch points with an ERP system and nimble fingers on the PC
• Dealing with heavy articles is part of your everyday work – physical resilience is therefore a prerequisite
• Great motivation, personal responsibility and commitment to take on tasks reliably and do a good job in day-to-day business
• The willingness to question “as it has always been done” and propose more efficient, automated or effective solutions
• The ability to adapt to continuous changes in the working environment
• No education/training required
• German (flowing)
