Main responsibilities
- You manage the agricultural sector of the "Poulets" value chain (parent animals, hatchery, fattening) and implement the set goals
- You ensure the supply of live chickens to the slaughterhouse according to sales needs in compliance with legal standards and animal welfare requirements
- You use the resources made available in accordance with the company strategy to optimize results and yields
- You build a professional partnership with the fattening farms and are responsible for the welfare of the animals in accordance with the internal guidelines and applicable ones Official standards
- You set goals that are tailored to the needs of customers and the company Requirements
- 5-10 years: Proven experience in a similar position required
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): Degree in agricultural and food technology or equivalent training
- German (fluent) French (fluent): German or French as a native language with excellent knowledge of the other language (at least level C1)
- Training in the field of agriculture or the food industry relevant experience in production management or a similar position
- In-depth knowledge of animal husbandry, care and animal welfare processes
