Tasks

• Operation, monitoring, setting up and upgrading of machines and production lines for the production and packaging of chocolate and chocolate articles
• Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Technical support and guidance of the assigned employees
• Conduct quality controls and initiate measures in the event of deviations and active cooperation in the continuous improvement process
• Detecting and repairing of faults and supporting the technical service in revisions

Requirements

• Basic training in the field of food or technical subjects (e.g. food technologist, baker, pastry maker, and messenger, but also mechanics:in, printer:in, paper technologist:in)
• Technical understanding and experience in handling modern plant control systems as well as SAP and MES systems of advantage
• willingness to shift
• Good German knowledge in word and writing
• No training but much experience?
