Tasks
- Operating, monitoring, setting up and converting machines and production lines for the production and packaging of chocolate and chocolate items
- Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Professional support and instruction of assigned employees
- Carrying out quality controls and taking measures in the event of deviations and active participation in the continuous improvement process
- Recognizing and rectifying malfunctions and supporting the technical service during revisions
- Requirements - Basic training in the food sector or in the technical area (e.g.
food technologist, Baker, confectioner and butcher, but also mechanic, printer, paper technologist)
- Technical understanding and experience in dealing with modern plant control systems as well as SAP and MES systems is an advantage
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German
- No training but a lot of experience?
