Tasks

• Total responsibility for therapeutic care in stationary and outpatient areas at university level
• Personal and financial guidance of the entire therapy services of the USB
• Ensuring evidence-based, high-quality and person-centric patient care
• Development of interprofessional treatment paths as well as active participation of strategic priorities of the USB
• Planning, control and optimisation of processes and promotion of research, innovation and network work Requirements:
• Complete study in a therapy profession as well as further education in management/leadership
• Multiannual professional and management experience in healthcare, preferably in the hospital environment
• Funded knowledge of organisational development, process management and economic issues
• Strategic and systemic thinking and strong communication and negotiation skills
