You lead a team at the interface of prevention, product development, risk management and digitalization. Together, you develop pricing strategies and improve the profitability of the pensions business. They use technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation to create long-term competitive advantages. With strategic thinking and analytical skills, you will continue to develop our pension business and contribute to the long-term success of the company.

What you do

• You develop the pricing and profitability strategy for the Swiss pensions business. This ensures its long-term competitiveness and profitability.
• Together with the participating areas, you will develop new preventive solutions and improve existing products.
• You identify insurance and business risks at an early stage and take measures to ensure the long-term profitability of the pension portfolio.
• You are responsible for the development and improvement of the tariff and pricing models and ensure their quality and marketability.
• Together with IT, you ensure that tariffs and provisions are correctly mapped in the management systems. You also accompany migrations.
• You use data analytics, automation and artificial intelligence to further digitize the Pricing & Analytics sector.
• You analyse the financial development of the pension business, identify potential for improvement and derive concrete measures.
• You implement regulatory requirements and contribute to internal and external reports.
• You lead your team, promote the professional and personal development of your employees and create an environment for good cooperation and strong performance.
• You work closely with prevention, product management, underwriting, actuarial, risk management, sales, IT, compliance and finance to develop long-term viable solutions.

What you bring

• Completed university studies in mathematics, actuarial sciences, economics, statistics, data science or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in the insurance, pension, pricing or actuarial environment as well as in the management of complex, cross-divisional projects.
• Sound experience in the management of specialists. You promote talent and accompany your team safely through change.
• In-depth knowledge in the development of tariff and pricing models and in the analysis of complex data, risk and business models.
• Strategic thinking. You take into account the market, finances and risks and derive long-term sustainable decisions from them.
• Experience with transformation, digitalization or automation projects, ideally with AI-supported solutions and data-based methods.
• initiative, decision-making strength and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You communicate clearly, involve the relevant contact persons and enjoy working with various areas such as prevention, product management, sales, actuary, risk management, IT and finance.
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
