As a leading Swiss company in the convenience, filling station and energy sector, we operate a network of more than 330 Coop Pronto Shops with or without filling stations in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.We are continuously expanding our Coop Pronto Shop and Coop filling station network.In this key position, you actively shape the strategic further development of central specialist areas of Coop Pronto AG. You combine concept strength with operational implementation capability and ensure sustainable standards, efficient processes and effective cross-divisional cooperation.

Tasks

• Strategic development of the Coop Pronto concept
• Further development of sales and production concepts with focus on customer benefit, efficiency and feasibility
• Ensuring a uniform understanding of quality and craftsmanship in the entire area of responsibility
• Early detection of relevant developments and anticipatory uptake and management of new requirements
• Overall responsibility for quality assurance and occupational safety
• Further development of standards, guidelines and instruments for sustainable quality and safety performance
• Responsibility for the control and further development of the relevant controlling principles
• Strategic development of Coop Pronto Logistics as well as ensuring economic end-to-end processes
• Responsibility for M&B processes in the areas of goods, data and finance including IKS
• Management and coordination of relevant projects and cross-sectoral developments
• Active cooperation with internal and external stakeholders as well as coordination of relevant partners, service providers and interfaces

Requirements

• Completed degree at FH/uni level, preferably in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, food technology or comparable discipline
• Several years of professional and managerial experience in a comparable function, ideally in the retail trade, convenience, food or production environment
• In-depth experience in the areas of strategy, processes, quality management, occupational safety and controlling
• Good knowledge of logistics, end-to-end process management and IKS
• Proven project management and change competence
• Entrepreneurial, conceptual and networked thinking
• High communication strength, assertiveness and binding action
• Structured, solution-oriented and reliable working method
