For a qualified and motivated personality, we offer a responsible task at our headquarters in Basel as Vista Eye Practices & Clinics, with its approximately 35 locations and approximately 500 employees, are the largest provider of eye medicine in Switzerland. • Professional and personnel management of the financial accounting team, with currently four employees in this function report Directly to the Finance Director
• Responsibility for financial and liquidity planning
• Optimisation of working capital (DSO, DIO, DPO)
• Implementation of monthly and annual accounts in accordance with OR and IFRS
• Consolidation of the Swiss subgroup for the consolidated financial statements including monthly reporting package
• Support for direct and indirect taxes (VAT, StG, VSt)
• Contact person for internal and external bodies (audit, authorities, trustees, etc.)
• Development and implementation of internal processes and control mechanisms (ICS)
• Integration of new locations and companies
• Active and responsible participation in projects This is what they bring with them.
• In-depth education and training in finance and accounting (e.g. Swiss Federal Law). FA Finance and Accounting or similar
• Several years of management experience in financial accounting with in-depth expertise and rapid comprehension
• Leadership competence with participatory style and high social competence
• Safe handling of financial statements and accounting requirements in accordance with OR and IFRS and experience in preparing financial statements
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Structured, independent and process-oriented working method with focus on solution-oriented, efficient and continuous improvement
• In-depth experience with ERP systems (Navision, LucaNet/consolidation) as well as very good MS Office knowledge, in particular Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
