For our newly opened practice in Gelterkinden (BL) we are looking for 12. October or by arrangement a committed personality as Senior medical assistant 40 - 60% or a medical assistant with development potential for leadership

Tasks

• Main responsibility for the planning, organization and preparation of office hours incl. Patient reception and care
• Preparation of urological examinations and assistance in examinations and minor procedures (cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, vasectomy, etc.)
• Independent performance of blood sampling, urine analysis and injections
• Establishment and participation as well as further development of the practice
• Performance controlling
• Reception work such as appointments, reception of patients, operation of the telephone, etc.
• Management of consumables

Conditions

• Completed medical/practice assistant training EFZ and several years of professional experience
• Leadership experience, further education as an MPK beneficial
• TARDOC knowledge
• Good MS-Office user knowledge
• Friendly and patient personality as well as high resilience and teamwork
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Experience with the operating system Axenita is advantageous (not mandatory)
