Requirements

• Proven teaching experience in adult education: in the relevant subject area or in a comparable function
• Completed basic or further training: pedagogical and/or language didactic training (e.g. SVEB/CELTA/Eurolta certificate trainer/trainer languages, teacher diploma, etc.)
• German (flowing) Italian (flowing): Language Italian: native language level / certified level Cambridge C2 Proficiency or equivalent
• Independent, flexible and reliable personality
• Provide specialist knowledge varied, participant- and goal-oriented and inspire enthusiasm
• Ability to incorporate digital media into teaching
• Willingness to teach both on-site and online

Recruitment process

• Personal video or telephone conversation: For a large number of applicants, we optionally conduct a personal telephone or video conversation. This gives us the opportunity to get to know more candidates within a short time in order to invite suitable people for the next round. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
• Expert Discussion: In a specialist discussion, specific knowledge relevant for the execution of the job is requested by the manager and/or another specialist and, if necessary, the team. If possible, there is time afterwards to get to know the workplace and team better in a free conversation. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Offer & Contract Exhibition (Digital): After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent for digital signature by e-mail. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
