- Her responsibilities as a legal trainee include:
- Support of lawyers in various legal matters of a pharmaceutical company (private law, competition law, M&A, public law (especially therapeutics law), international private law, criminal law, private and public procedural law, etc.). This includes activities such as:
- Answering legal questions and preparing legal memos.
- Development of opinions and legal correspondence.
- Support for M&A transactions.
- Training and lectures on selected legal topics.
- Free legal advice for our employees at the Basel/Kaiseraugst location for private matters (offer for our employees).
- Assessment of contracts of various kinds.
- Cooperation in interdisciplinary and international teams. Who you are
- Completed law degree (MLaw) with very good predicate.
