What does our team look like? You start with us in the area Legal Germany in Mannheim or Penzberg. In the Legal Germany team, we advise global Diagnostics and Pharma Division projects on all legal issues. The legal department of Roche Diagnostics GmbH is represented at the locations in Mannheim and Penzberg. It is in close contact with, for example, the patent department, research and development departments, the sales department Diagnostics and the purchasing departments. The legal department of Roche Diagnostics GmbH belongs to the corporate legal department. We are a global team. What does your new job include?

• You support the Head of Law Germany and Diagnostics Global Operations to ensure high-quality, proactive legal operations management.
• You’ll also help develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve the operational efficiency of the legal department, create metrics, and monitor progress to measure success against strategic plans. You also oversee the business processes of the legal department, internal communication and important strategic initiatives.
• You work with stakeholders at different levels. These include topics between different functional areas, other departments or customers of the company.
• You develop, improve and manage the supplier management of the legal department, especially with regard to external law firms.
• You support the legal department in working on improvements to increase productivity, improve efficiency by introducing new processes and technologies, and organize and centralize information and knowledge

• You have successfully completed university studies as. Business lawyer (Diplom, Master or Bachelor) or a commercial degree of comparable levels.
• You have already gained several years of professional experience in an operational activity of a legal or comparable functional department, such as purchasing, finance, operations, or site management
• Master of German and English Thou wilt speak and write,
• You will bring knowledge of project management as well as lean management and agile methods
• Ideally, You already have experience with the centralization and digitization of the operational management of a legal or similar department and/or Already dealing with legal operations
• You have the ability to read and understand financial and accounting terms and methods
• You are competent in accounting
