- Processing of legal issues relating to social security law (in particular:
- Professional pension plans), foundation law and other areas of private law
Main responsibilities
- Processing of legal issues relating to social security law (in particular:
- Professional pension plans), foundation law and other areas of private law
- drafting opinions and decision-making bases
Contacts
- contact with employers, insured persons and legal representatives as well as supervisory authorities
- commissioning and related coordination and supervision in the award of external legal mandates project cooperation
- drafting of legal texts and representation of the Servisa foundations in judicial proceedings
- This body is to be filled with a pen sum of 50-100% and also possible in job sharing. Requirements:
- Completed law degree (lic. iur. oder Master of Law)
- Perennial professional experience in the field of BVG, knowledge of general social security law, insurance law and investment law of advantage
- Stylish German in word and writing, good French knowledge
- High self-organisation, reliability and teamwork
