Company and context
- In procurement, IT and outsourcing projects, you advise on contractual, corporate and supervisory issues and answer corresponding inquiries from the organization.
- Depending on your seniority, you also contribute to the structuring and planning of larger procurement projects of the Helvetia Baloise Group.
- In the field of intellectual property and competition law, you assume primary responsibility at group level and coordinate closely with those responsible in the individual countries.
- In addition, you are interested in other areas of law that your colleagues focus on, such as sustainability and AI regulation.
- In your areas of responsibility, you develop and maintain internal instructions and processes and independently carry out exercises and training. Requirements
- Prerequisite for this position is a completed legal degree and preferably a lawyer's patent.
- You already have several years of professional experience as an in-house counsel or lawyer, ideally in regulated markets or in an international environment.
- In-depth knowledge of contract, company and supervisory law distinguishes you as well as very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
- As a team-capable, solution-oriented and communicatively strong person, you understand how to bring different interests together and develop pragmatic solutions.
- Self-responsible work is a matter of course for you, and you represent your work results sovereignly to the management.
