Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people.
These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Risk, Strategy & Projects, and Tax departments.

- At least three years’ experience in an operational support, HR administration, learning administration or similar role.
- Hands-on experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) is required.
Key requirements
- At least three years’ experience in an operational support, HR administration, learning administration or similar role.
- Hands-on experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation and reporting).
- Previous experience in Learning & Talent Development, Training Administration or HR Operations would be a strong asset.
- Proven experience in delivering a high standard of customer-focused service and stakeholder support.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in invoice management, budget tracking and cost estimation.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Team-oriented, proactive and service-minded.
- Experience with reporting and data analysis tools.
