- We look forward to your application for the vacant position as Learning & Development Manager 80% (m/f/d) Your everyday work development, coaching and professional management of our Departmental Trainers
- Implementation of introductory days and hotel-wide training for all employees
- Planning and development of L&D processes, personnel development plans and further education programs, in cooperation with departmental trainers and supervisors
- Development of training content and learning paths based on our quality indicators (internal and external); Preparation of teams for LQA audits
- Responsibility and ongoing expansion of our Learning Management System (EasyLearn)
- Leadership development for our management team, in cooperation with external partners
- Main contact person for employee surveys: planning, implementation, evaluation and derivation of measures
- Regular reporting to the HR Manager on training activity and responsibility for the learning budget
